This year we thought we’d change it up a bit and get some self-confidence and self-loving happening with our daily affirmation calendar.
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. So, each day read the affirmation aloud a few times and let it sink in. If we all love ourselves a little more, it will make it easier to be kind and loving to others.
The world can certainly do with some more kindness so let's show them how we can do it Woopi Style.
