Nikki Williams is a proud fourth-generation local with deep roots in the Coffs Harbour community. A successful small business owner, Nikki’s skin clinic in town has gained national attention, recently ranked second of its kind in all of Australasia! She’s even taken home a National Business Development Award for her work. Beyond business, Nikki’s known for mentoring others across the country and helping them grow sustainable, thriving enterprises. Closer to home, she’s a passionate community advocate and busy mum of three, always looking for ways to build a stronger, more connected Coffs.

Nikki’s leadership is all about creating opportunities, backing local initiatives, and driving positive change for everyone in the region. She’s also a big supporter of the Northern Beaches, and makes a point of including Woolgoolga and surrounds in everything she does. She brings a rare combination of lived experience, bold adventure (ask her about hiking Kokoda six times or surviving a Nepalese earthquake), and professional expertise to every room she steps into.  Professor Bob Breen OAM has spent nearly 30 years researching Australian military operations, including extensive fieldwork in conflict zones between 1993 and 2007. His contributions to the official histories of peacekeeping and numerous published books reflect his deep expertise in the field. Now residing at Plantations in Woolgoolga, Bob is an active member of the community and is dedicated to restoring Woolgoolga’s War Memorial.
